To receive the most tailored advice and support, it's important to share your medication and tapering history on your profile. Follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to your Profile page.
  2. Click Edit Profile (located in the top-right of your profile banner).
  3. In the "History" section, briefly summarize your medication use, taper plan, and any relevant withdrawal details.
  4. Press Save at the bottom-right of the page.

 

This will help the community give more personalized feedback based on your unique experience.
