The Ashton Manual
 

This version is a PDF that can be printed if you prefer a hard copy. It replaces the original version on benzo.org.uk because it includes all the updates Heather Ashton made up to 2013. Please use this for information on the many questions asked in benzo withdrawal.
 

We base our answers on Heather Ashton’s findings because there has been no detailed research since hers. However, anecdotal evidence from the thousands of people who have experienced benzo withdrawal firsthand will always continue to inform our responses as well.
